Dear Boat Owners, Operators, Captains, Boat Partners, Boat Managers, and Boat Visitors; Regarding the personal data that will be processed by us during your Viaport Marina Tuzla experience, we, Via Marina Yapım ve Yönetim A.Ş. (Viaport Marina), as the "Data Controller" in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the Law), would like to inform you. Within the scope of our obligation to inform you, we would like to inform you about the personal data we process, the purposes for which we process this data, to whom and for what purposes it may be transferred, the methods and legal grounds for which we collect your data, and what rights you have under the law.

1. What are our purposes for processing your personal data and what personal data will be processed?
Your personal data such as Identity, Contact, Visual and Audio Recordings; Your personal data is processed for purposes such as managing access rights within the marina, conducting and monitoring our marina's business activities, managing customer relationship processes, managing sales processes for the services we provide, managing contract processes with you, ensuring physical security, and ensuring business continuity. Your personal data, such as that related to Physical Security, is processed in accordance with the purposes explicitly stipulated in the laws and the fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligations.

2. What is the method and legal basis for collecting your personal data?
Your personal data is collected in accordance with the limits and data processing conditions specified in the Law and the Yacht Tourism Regulation, which is regulated pursuant to Article 37(a)(4) of the Tourism Promotion Law No. 2634, and within the scope of the Viaport Marina Operation Regulation, specifically for the purpose of providing services to yachts and yacht owners, through marina service contracts, reservation forms, and in the context of fulfilling mutual obligations arising from the contract, through mail order forms, transfer letters, authorization documents, boat manager notification documents, boat share certificates, card delivery forms, etc., in written or electronic form, and rarely through other means of communication, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and is necessary for the establishment or exercise of a right, explicitly provided for in the laws, for the establishment and performance of a contract, for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the data controller, and for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

3. To whom and for what purpose may we transfer your personal data?
Your personal data may be transferred to: In accordance with the provisions on the transfer of personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data); your personal data may be transferred to shareholders/partners, other group companies owned by shareholders/partners, suppliers, business partners, and to legally authorized public institutions and organizations, as well as judicial and administrative authorities, for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, conducting business activities and establishing contracts, providing you with better service, and carrying out sales and marketing activities.
